Live data review page
- I have setup a page in the admin portal for each person to view all the data they have saved for the assessments currently loaded in the app.
- The intent is to allow you to double-check everything is recorded as expected while on-site during initial testing. If something is not showing up then
- To view the page: Login to the portal (https://portal.lotusai.co/) on your phone, Open “Tessta Admin” in the side menu, then select “Home”. From that screen select the “View my live data” link (https://portal.lotusai.co/module/tessta/projects/my-app-data). A mobile-friendly page will open in a new window.
Known mobile app issues (2 July 2024)
- Bug: Comments entered with “Assessment 2 – Open Space” assets are not being sent for saving.
- Bug: “Ground Floor Area” (width/depth) values in “Assessment 1” are not being properly recorded and sent for saving.
Not yet thoroughly tested for saving:
- Adding a Room to “Assessment 2 – Building”.
- Voiding a Room in “Assessment 2 – Building”.
- “Add additional category” to a Room in “Assessment 2 – Building”.
- “Add additional asset” in “Assessment 2 – Open Space”.
Other items requiring further testing:
- I need to review/re-test how an assessment flows to the app if no one is assigned to the site assessment in a project.
- Ensuring the assignment of a site assessment (and later a floor) can be changed after someone has started working on the assessment in the app. I don’t foresee any issues (the data from the the first person should be all synced successfully prior to the switch over, but it is worth double checking first).
- Assigning multiple people to a site assessment.
