What can I do in the portal?

The Lotus Portal can be accessed via https://portal.lotusai.co/ and is the primary way of engaging with the data captured by Lotus.

In the portal, you are able to:

Timesheets

• Review and confirm your timesheets
• Make changes to unconfirmed timesheets
• Look at historical timesheets

Reports

• Run reports

Buckets

• Review time allocated to Buckets by users
• Review the cost of time against a Bucket
• Setup new Buckets
• Add/change/remove keywords and tasks on Buckets

Admin

• Add/change/remove users
• Manage permissions
